- Working speed: 2000rpm.
- Press-hand is synchronous working with frame, ensure sewing motif high precision (Patent, Inventor).
- No need to fix cushion position, just put in the frame then place directly, easy tto change cushion without stopping machine.
- Quickly changing frame or use modular frame, for change pattern easily.
- Highest sewing speed, just 5 seconds to finish one tacking.
- Template positioning detective function, four design patterns circulate function.
- Bobbin thread counter enable to provide bobbin thread capacity alert by bobbin thread consumption or number of sewing pieces made.
- Sewing head can lift up to 150mm, maximum bar tacking diameter is 50mm.
Special function for sewing bar tacking on a thick mat, sewing area is based on 1200X600mm (according to customer’s requirements can customize). High efficiency, High strength, High difficulty.
